I’ve worked overseas for ten years as a Store Manager in Retail Industry handling International Fashion brands doing daily store operations that includes hitting KPI’s, inventory management, POS system, staff training & development, staff scheduling, customer service, handling customer inquiries & complaints, visual merchandising, Admin works, cash sales, etc.
When I first transitioned to remote work, I worked as a Technical Support Virtual Assistant for a cryptocurrency academy based in Singapore for almost one year. In this role, I supported student onboarding by guiding them through account setup, guide them how to do funding and refund to their account across various crypto platforms via email, WhatsApp and zoom. At first I didn't have any idea about cryptocurrency and I don’t even do trading for myself but because I was a quick learner, I was able to navigate different crypto platforms.
Then before I transitioned to the eCommerce (Amazon) platform, I completed an intensive Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant Masterclass at Amazonation PH to strengthen my eCommerce expertise and received my certification on July 2025. I successfully passed all required training and demonstrated proficiency in Product Research, Keyword Research, Supplier Sourcing, Listing Creation and Inventory.
