During my time as a Technical Support Representative at Foundever, I had the privilege of assisting customers with a wide range of technical inquiries and issues related to account's products and services. This role involved providing troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, and chat, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions. Additionally, I played a key role in documenting and escalating recurring issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution. Through this experience, I developed strong communication skills, a deep understanding of our products, and the ability to effectively address customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
