In my previous role at Accenture Inc, I played a pivotal role on
claims data entry, creation and delivery of comprehensive reports that provided
valuable insights to key stakeholders. I collaborated closely with
cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and developed
customized solutions to meet their needs. As I further venture in data
visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI I would also like to apply my
skills and try different approaches on data visualization and presentation by
transforming complex datasets into visually appealing and easy-to-understand
reports, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions efficiently. I
consider myself a very hard working, passionate and competitive individual.
On my recent job for more than 10 years, I was able to develop a
strong foundation on work ethics and leadership and I was also involved on the data
analysis, lead generation and process improvements by creating automation tool
for the project which enables us to automate a specific process and saves costs
along with that due to my experiences, I was usually tapped to do a demo and
presentation during client visits to showcase the tools/applications for
possible project acquisitions. Some of my contributions led me to grab the
opportunity to become an operations specialist/consultant where my client
relationship and collaboration skills were nurtured through daily meeting with
my clients discussing updates on our projects, insight and SLA status. I am
particularly passionate about data analysis, presentation, capacity
planning/forecasting, inventory management and reporting. Additionally, I
proactively identified areas for improvement in existing reporting mechanisms
and proposed actionable recommendations that enhanced data integrity and
reporting efficiency. I am eager to leverage my skills and experience to
contribute to the development of insightful reports that drive strategic
decision-making and support the company's growth objectives.
