I provided great customer service from a technical support perspective in both Tier1 and Tier2 levels (where I also have proven my leadership skills by being a Team Leader).
Throughout my career, I acquired knowledge/experience in networking technologies, networking disciplines and networking devices. I also earned experience in process management / development / implementation within a network operations environment with centers across the globe.
Furthermore, I have high attention to detail, demonstrate critical thinking, and can quickly learn and adapt to operations (i.e. systems and processes). During my career, I have worked with almost no supervision and conducted work remotely.
With my previous hands-on technical experience, competence to lead, experience in managing operations and proficiency in process management / development / implementation, I’m a valuable addition to a company’s senior networking team or management team.
Additionally, I'm tech savvy and a graduate of B.S. in Computer Science (so I have background knowledge/understanding in programming).
