Ive been working in the BPO industry since 2017. First job I had after I graduated was with IHG - Travel Account. During this period my main tasks were data profiling, hotel reservations, bookings and cancellation. By incentive based program I also offer CC and Private Resort accommodations. Also, we touch minor actions in account security since we were the 1st contact whenever there are compromised account. After this job, I was given the opportunity to work with Sykes Asia Inc under Financial Account - Ameriprise. I was handling 2 LOB which are Licensing and Client Transitions. Main tasks include guiding Financial Advisors for their lincenses to cater service to a client in a particular state, in CT, we mainly suggest and create tickets whenever they request an advisor they want to work with. Then comes year 2022, Ive worked as a Travel Counsellor II at CWT Philippines Inc. I was able to further enhance my skills in customer service since compared to the 1st job I had, during this time, we booked business travel. So starting from flight tickets, airlines, accommodation and transportation. I was assigned to the emergency line wherein we prioritize flights that are delayed and have certain flight issues. Ive been handling international accounts so I believe I have enough skills that I can offer to the company
