I was a sailor before, but maybe I can use some of my knowledge and experienced to make some penny out of it even by online. It will be my first time in this industry, but I know it will not take me a lot of time, to adapt and learn new things.
I was a chef in a ship before, I'm the one always look for our monthly food budget, do some victualling, and order our provision. I had been on different countries and also met different nationalities, I hope it can be my advantage in this industry.

• Have experience in budgeting meals based on how long we will sail, and what is the next port that we will be
going to dock.
• Have experience in victualling, and food ordering while monitoring the most important needs on board, by
still regulating the F.I.F.O (first in, first out) procedure.
• Already serve food from different nationalities most are Westerns and Asians by still respect their cultures
and beliefs.
• Knowledgeable on the principles of cooking (heat transfer, cooking methods, breading, batters, etc.)
• Well-informed on food safety practices and HCCP
• Attentive to Culinary uses and application of products
For five years of onboard experienced I already handle different pressure related on my jobs, even it will be my first time, I know I can make a quick adjustment in this field. I'm willing to be trained and hope you ca give me a shot.
