Teaching, coordinating with people, and performing necessary tasks in the renewal of and making changes for the clients' health plans are only some of the skills in my arsenal. Here's a list of the skills I've acquired through the years:
-Teaching-learning process consists of: a) preparation of lesson plans packed with engaging activities for both Junior High and Senior High school students, b) aligning large-scale school activities with the existing learning competencies, c) semestral planning for formative and summative assessments as well as performance tasks for a more efficient schedule of activities, d) re-study certain concepts (this may include listening to educational podcasts and/or videos, re-organize class notes and references, and professional discussions with colleagues), and e) developing professionally [thru webinars, face-to-face seminars, discussions with colleagues and peers (in and out of the school community), participating as a member of Technical Working Groups for division-wide trainings or seminars]
-Planning, implementation, and evaluation of events (particularly involving students, teachers, and admin staff)
-Coordination with people includes: a) active preparation of the calendar of activities for the school year, b) performing basic training of accompaniment (can be liken to life coaching) to teachers and staff, c) planning for retreats, recollection, and focus group discussions, d) active duty in accompanying students, teachers, and admin staff in their daily life journey, and e) proposal conceptualization of significant activities and/or events for the school community within the school year.
