In my current role at Makati Development Corporation (MDC), an AAAA ISO Certified top construction company in the country, I have simultaneously managed two of their significant projects: Park Triangle Mall and Park Triangle Corporate Center amounting to 10 billion (Php) worth of project. Utilizing Primavera P6, I have overseen the entire construction process from permit acquisition to project close-out, ensuring comprehensive scheduling and effective resolution of conflicts. My experience extends to monitoring all activities related to various disciplines, from plan review to functional testing, and accurately recording revenue progression as projects advance towards completion.
One of my key strengths lies in my ability to maintain clear communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. I have facilitated the development of comprehensive Project Execution Plans (PEP) and conducted regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly. Additionally, I have prepared detailed Project Progress Reports (PPRs) encompassing project status, milestones, schedules, and action plans, providing transparent insights to operations and construction management teams.
My expertise also includes expense forecasting, resource management, and vendor coordination, essential components for successful project execution. I have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
