I have been a cold caller/ appointment setter in different industries such as luxury goods and SAAS industries for almost 2 years now. I also have an experience as a Tech and Sales support in Time Warner Cable. I also handled being a Back office support in Best Buy. Also, I have a plenty of experience being a Support Associate in one of the biggest e-commerce website in Australia which eBay. With these plenty of experiences, I was able to hone my skills in customer service, cold calling and technical knowledge. These also helped me improve my communications skills both in speaking and writing. Because of these, I an able to provide a satisfactory result for both clients and customer.
To deliver those satisfactory results, I have plenty of experiences on how to handle different kinds of customers though call, email and chat. Certainly, those 3 modes of communication has different types of approach you can do depending on the type of customers and their issues. I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient; I'll always be there at your beck and call.
In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the process.
