I am currently working as a Payroll Specialist handling payroll for an australian account for almost 3 yrs now. Also, I have almost 7 years of experience as an Human resource Assistant, knowledgeable in all facets of HR including recruitment, benefits, timekeeping, training and employee engagement.
Being able to be exposed on different roles and responsibilities helped me develop my management skills, time management, being detailed oriented, being proficient on administrative tasks and my communication skills as well as I interact with different kinds of people on a day to day basis. I believe that the knowledge and skills that I gained thru out my experience will be a big advantage in performing and fulfilling my role as general virtual assistant. And lastly, my eagerness to grow and learn even more on this position will be a big addition to that.
