I have been in the BPO industry for almost 4 yrs now and I got to work as a customer service rep, a content moderator and I'm currently working as a real time analyst. Also worked as cashier at a fastfood restaurant, pastry kitchen helper, online sales coordinator, and a barista. My work experiences may be varied but one thing that connects them is that they are all related to customer service.
