As an HR Professional, I consider myself compassionate, hardworking, and flexible. In my role as a Human Resource Personnel, I have handled various functions such as recruitment and hiring processes, New Employee General Orientation, Rewards and Recognition programs, and Training and Development initiatives.
Through these experiences, I have developed strong interpersonal skills, interviewing capabilities, digital and typing proficiency, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. I am also confident in my ability to make sound decisions when needed. I believe that I can fully utilize my knowledge and skills to contribute effectively to the organization.
One of the highest-level decisions I have made in recruitment was during the hiring of managerial positions. In these cases, I ensured to explore multiple sourcing strategies such as posting vacancies on Facebook, the company website, employee referrals, and participating in job fairs or campus recruitment. I consistently went the extra mile to identify and attract the most suitable candidates for the role.
