I’m an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a proven track record of almost 6 years in managing financial transactions and ensuring timely payments.
My first job was an Accounting Assistant at Sanford Marketing Corporation (SM Group of Supermarket)
for 5 year and 3 months. I’m handling accounts payable which is responsible for paying all the invoices of the vendors/suppliers, this is always my first priority because vendors/suppliers in SM cost millions for payment processing. Moreover, I’m the one who liquidate all the expenses of the store specifically all the purchases of the store. Tool used in the company is SAP.
On second job, I’ve been working at Inspiro Relia Global Shared Services, a BPO company as a Spend Specialist. I was hired at Inspiro Relia Global Shared Services’ head office but was assigned to its branches, namely Inspiro Relia Inc and Infocom Technologies Inc. I’m the sole finance personnel for both companies. This job has developed my attention to detail and taught me how to stay productive throughout the day. Tools used Quickbooks/SAP. Usually I do is receive, review and process vendor invoice, handling expense reports and reconcile vendor accounts. In this job also I’ve gain additional knowledge about cash advances, reimbursement and liquidation of employees. A/R and A/P specialist.
Although I don’t have an experience working virtually, I am eager to learn how to work online and gain more knowledge with you. Assure you I am excited to share my knowledge on my previous experiences and contribute positively to virtual teams.
