Program Control Services professionals enable effective program management that increases the overall quality of Technology Delivery. They support projects in the Technology Delivery Centers or by co-locating with client delivery teams by tracking and managing project management office activities. These professionals proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables and recognize and solve issues. Master communicators, they manage across multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction.
I am proficient in using MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PPT, MSP, and others). My additional skills are maintaining SP list, creation of flow in PowerAutomate, creating tools in PowerAutomate, and creating dashboards/reports in PowerBI.
As an IT graduate, I also have tech. support skills and knowledgeable in hardware (assemble and disassemble) and software installation. For programming, I have basic knowledge in Java.
