Ive been working as a Customer Service Representative for 2 years as under Travel Agent to one of the BPo company. I am knowledgeable on how to use amadeus tools .Also when it comes to my job description I am good doing primary booking and rescheduling of flight especially when thre are flight changes or cancellations. I m good at handling irate customers also as im used to it .
