In my previous company I used to be Part of the AMS support team using SAP Basis (programming language) and Snow for ticket monitoring and solving. Worked closely with L2 and other teams to solve system problems on daily basis I was also responsible for the server monitoring, ticket troubleshooting and daily scheduled reports. Also, part of the debugging team using SAP Basis.
