I've been working for more than 2 years in the Hotel Industry and almost 2 years in BPO. In both of these field my main focus is Customer Service. I've been trained to do administrative work, like responding and creating emails, telephone handling, company software system usage and most of all how to properly communicate with customers. I am pretty good with Microsoft office. I am easy to each because I learn quick. I have always excelled in everything I do and that is because I never settle for things that are less than what I deserve.
