Hi! I am currently working as a part-time virtual assistant, managing my client's email and calendar, as well as handling various ad-hoc tasks. I have experience working at a plumbing company in the U.S. and have served as a virtual administrative assistant responsible for managing invoices, reviewing jobs, monitoring the dispatch board, preparing daily job/project costing reports, and reconciling timesheets. In addition to this, I freelance as a copywriter. My responsibilities include proofreading video subtitles, thumbnails, and titles and crafting captions for each reel, image post, or carousel in line with our client's audiences and related to different content pillars. Although I am somewhat new to this field in terms of work experience, writing has always been my passion.
