I work in a teaching world, I was a trainer for 2 years and a half and teaches students based on national curriculum guidelines within their special accounts. Our duties include technical and billing part and keeping up with communication. We communicate and evaluate needs to ensure every agent feels challenged but not overwhelmed by the material being covered.
