I have 8 years experience with a BPO industry in which I have gained the title of Senior Account Specialist, I have managed to be able to provide productivity within inbound/outbound customer relations, back end support for data entry on car loans as well as Data auditing in where I became POC of the team. Currently took a different role to gain experience as an Individual contractor, in which I took the role of a Level 1 Tech support for an AU software primarily used for Agencies and PM’s for real estate needs. We conduct investigations via ticketing software to solve queries and concerns of the Agencies.
