I am an experienced Supervisor & BPO Trainer with a huge exposure to content creation and multimedia. I can highlight my creative critical thinking and my consciousness of deadlines. I also love to keep things and work stuff organized, that goes along with my personality as an ambivert that is keen to details and loves exploration & challenges.
Professionally, I am immersed in conducting training sessions in different sites and geos that includes managing and supervising professionals, especially in the BPO industry. I am also well-exposed to stakeholder management, that highlights my experience in handling different projects & engagement rigors such as organizing appointments, meetings or events.
I am also experienced in content creation, from planning to producing multimedia outputs using a variety of programs and software. Additionally, I have published recreational and professional self-edited contents online, such as graphics, reels, vlogs, podcasts, short films, and more. But one thing that I really love to do professionally, or even just recreationally, is writing.
