I am a Civil Engineer with diverse experience across construction, engineering, safety, and construction estimating. My professional experience in the Philippines includes construction supervision and coordination, materials engineering, geotechnical engineering, plumbing, and construction safety. I am also a licensed Master Plumber.
My current specialization is construction estimating and quantity takeoff for US residential projects. I have hands-on experience with US construction drawings and takeoffs, particularly in openings (doors and windows), interior trims, appliances, and toilet accessories, as well as quality control and review of estimating work. I work with tools such as Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
I am currently expanding my expertise into roofing, siding, drywall and metal framing takeoffs while continuing to develop my knowledge in structural engineering, project management, and AI-assisted construction workflows.
