Due to the line of business I'm in previously Customer service is one of my assets for I engaged to a different type of people and I know already how to handle stress, I can adapt to new environment and I know how to handle irate caller, encoding or typing is also 1 of my skills for that was part of my job as well to fully assist the caller, I find filling as an easy job too for I can file documents in timely manner, I can use Microsoft Word, a sort of excel knowledge and powerpoint
