Hi, I’m Mikka — an administrative professional with over 7 years of experience supporting leaders across corporate, nonprofit, and ministry settings.
Currently, I serve in a global humanitarian organization, where I coordinate leadership development programs and training logistics from end to end. I take a thoughtful, relational approach to everything I do — building trust quickly, creating systems that work, and making things happen so leaders can stay focused on leading.
I began my career in marketing, but it was through serving as a full-time church administrator that I discovered my true passion: providing high-level support that helps others lead with clarity and confidence. Since then, I’ve supported pastors, directors, and executives in managing calendars, communications, operations, travel, finances, and events — always with excellence and purpose.
