I studied Industrial Engineering. I have experience working in a manufacturing plants and business services. I have background in production, technical and quality control engineering in manufacturing. I have broad knowledge in supply chain in handling planning, procurement and logistics with specialization in Data and Order management. I'm very adaptive to different kinds of EDI/ERP systems (Infor Nexus, SAP, SNC, EEM, NextGen). I also have background in customer service/relation with direct communication to different international companies. I know how to create and conduct SOPs and Work Instructions for process mapping for any new process or transition of systems. Well experienced and prone to analysis and critical thinking.
