I started working as a Secretary in one of the Advertising companies here in our local area, then, I worked as a call center agent and a Team Lead/ Trainer. With these experiences that I have, I can say that I am open to feedback/ constructive criticism - I am goal-oriented and focused on the goal and on how to have quality results and achieve the desired outcome - Flexible and adaptable to changes in the environment. My previous experiences led me to become disciplined and pay close attention to detail. In addition, I know how to maximize all the resources that I have to produce/ come up with a quality result. I have excellent communication skills and know how to deal with people and their concerns.
