I evaluate and reconcile of progress billings, both for the client and sub-contractors. Assists the Office Manager in the timely submission and approval of queries and submittals. Monitor the status of the projects and the progress of accomplishment and attend to the issues and concerns pertaining to the generation of accomplishment. Conducts quantity take-offs and due diligence based on approved plans and specifications. Moreover, it includes Cost preparation, preparation of DUPA (Detailed Unit Price Analysis) for Projects for Bidding.
