I spent the past decade working at ROHM Electronics Philippines, where I was consistently trusted with increasing responsibilities—from engineering documentation to equipment engineering and automation development. My career growth reflects my adaptability, technical skill, and commitment to delivering efficient engineering solutions.
Below is a clear breakdown of my experience:
• Years 1–2: Engineer Staff – Design, Documentation & Concept Development
I handled drawing control, technical documentation, and created improvement concepts to enhance machine efficiency using AutoCAD and simulations. This role strengthened my attention to detail, problem analysis, and design fundamentals.
• Year 3: Layout Engineer – Facility Planning & Production Mapping
I was assigned to update and manage the machine layout across four production buildings, ensuring accurate plotting and capacity visibility. I also handled facility-related requests involving air-conditioning issues, louvers, office relocations, utility plotting, and production re-layouts. This experience developed my skills in coordination, space planning, and fast technical response.
• Years 4–10: Mechanical Equipment Engineer – Machine Solutions & Automation
For the majority of my career, I focused on solving machine-related problems and developing mechanical solutions to improve reliability and efficiency. I also worked on machine automation projects, converting manual processes into automated systems to support production line improvements. This role allowed me to apply deeper engineering judgment, practical design, and hands-on problem-solving.
With this solid background, I bring a strong blend of technical design expertise, real-world engineering problem-solving, and project execution. I am highly skilled in AutoCAD, mechanical design documentation, drafting, simulation work, and developing practical engineering solutions.
