I have been a Restaurant Manager for a total of five years. As a restaurant manager, I was in charge of staff management like training, hiring, scheduling, payroll and supervising. I also ensure to provide excellent customer service to our customers. I was also in charge of Local Store Marketing - creating promos in store; and telemarketing to companies and schools for us to offer bulk orders. And lastly, I was also in charge of Administrative Tasks - updating permits, maintaining all records, scheduling pest controls and service maintenance.
I then changed careers and became a Business Development Executive for e-commerce company. I do Lead Generation, creating pitch desks and proposals, calling potential leads and scheduling meeting, pitching the proposal, closing a deal, document collection, training and Account Management. I handled retail restaurants to big restaurant group chains. I also did Key Account Management for a year.
