Currently, I am a Focal Person at an agency. As part of my job, I oversee and manage the operations of registration centers within the province to hit the target number of registrants and target delivery. Also, I provide recommendations and strategies to continuously improve the efficiency of the operations and to address the grievances in the provinces. In addition to this, I am also the Assistant Focal Person in various statistical activities. Aside from these, I was also assigned in the Community Based Monitoring System as the Focal Person/Statistical Specialist II and which has equipped me to be knowledgeable in its concepts, systems and its actual operations. I built good rapport with the LGUs in the province and with other stakeholders through constant communication and by providing them with the technical assistance during the operations.
During my tenure in the agency, I already contributed in the preparation of different publications (Special Releases, Press Releases, Annual Report, Countryside in Figures, News Publications) and presentations of the office and actively participated in the Provincial Statistics Committee (PSC) meetings.
Furthermore, my previous jobs in private institutions have further improved my leadership skills and strength in dealing other people. I am also knowledgeable in different office software and I have the adaptability to learn new ones. Aside from my work experiences, I was also exposed to project management and was trained to be a leader when I was in college through my organization. I am also keen to learn new skills and knowledge that the position will provide and I am very easy to adapt to new environment.
