Cyril, is a licensed Electrical Engineer, Registered Master Electrician and a Master Plumber, with tcomplex experience in building construction specialize in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Proctection system. Her experience spans across different types of projects including commercial buildings, high-end residential houses, mid-rise commercial and residential buildings, and high-end office fit-out projects. She has been involved in every stage of project implementation, from initial planning and bidding to testing and commissioning. In her role as a Project Manager for FTTX (Fiber to the X) projects, Cyril managed large teams and successfully oversaw the construction of significant fiber optic infrastructure across the Philippines archipelago. Under her leadership, projects for major telecom companies like Globe, PLDT, DITO, and Converge ICT Technologies were completed efficiently and effectively, resulting in the installation of hundreds of thousands of lines and ports. Her expertise also extends to telecom equipment projects, including wireless expansion projects for companies like Globe, Smart, and DITO. Cyril has managed projects involving mini civil works, demonstrating her capability to handle complex telecommunications infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
