Before applying to this position, I was a customer support or insurance specialist for over 2 years, My primary task is to answer inbound calls from Insurance members and Doctors as well. I also have experience working as a Technical Support in a Telecommunication company, and an assistant in an e-commerce business.
I am efficient in Customer service via phone, email, and chats, I am also skilled in Record keeping, data entry Calendar management, admin support, Product inventory, and logistics because all of this was my task in my previous jobs.
In addition to that, I am also proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Canva, Email management, and Shopify for e-commerce. Trello and Asana for project management and scheduling.
My previous jobs also familiarized me with different skills like Shopify management for product uploads, ales monitoring, and graphic design, such as Product design, Content Banner creation, and short clip product video editing for promotion
