I was assigned as a coach for newbies and handled complaints and escalations while assisting my colleagues with their questions and extending help when needed. These
experiences developed my resilience and helped me adapt to the fast-paced life of the BPO industry. It also strengthened my ability to deal with difficult customers and strive harder to provide resolutions to their concerns and inquiries.
I also learned to be flexible in dealing with different types of people in my workplace.
I am excited to explore new opportunities that would still allow me to deal with customers and guests while having opportunities that would lead me to develop new skills and become part of a growing organization. With my experiences in a customer-centric industry, I am confident that I will be able to adapt to new learnings, develop
skills, work independently to bring success, help my clients streamline their business processes, help them manage their businesses and daily tasks, and lastly, be part of their growing business.
