I've been in the BPO industry for almost 12 years now. I handled multiple campaigns, from being a customer service representative up to one of the top-performing agents in an outbound sales campaign. Throughout my career, I have consistently exceeded targets and achieved high customer satisfaction ratings. My experience has equipped me with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of customer needs. I challenged myself to do more and climbed the career ladder to become a team leader, where I was responsible for managing a group of agents and ensuring their success in meeting targets. This role allowed me to further develop my leadership skills and hone my ability to motivate and inspire others. Additionally, I took on the opportunity to train new hires and share my knowledge and expertise with them, which further enhanced my communication and coaching abilities.
I never stopped aiming for more learning, which is why I d----------- to apply for a managerial position handling outbound campaigns. In this role, I would have the opportunity to not only lead a team but also strategize and implement effective outbound campaigns. This would allow me to leverage my experience in meeting targets and my ability to motivate and inspire others to drive success in a new capacity. Moreover, I am confident that my strong communication and coaching abilities will enable me to effectively train and develop my tea-----------mbers, ensuring their growth and success as well.
I also strived to come out of my comfort zone and become part of the HR and compliance team. By joining this team, I have gained valuable insight into the regulatory and human resources aspects of the business. This would further enhance my skill set and broaden my understanding of the organization as a whole. Additionally, collaborating with these teams would allow me to contribute to creating a positive and compliant work environment, fostering employee satisfaction and productivity.
