I have been in the customer service industry for the last 15 years mainly in the BPO industry. I humbly started as a customer service representative coming from different lines of business from plain customer service to technical support to sales up until I became a supervisor then a complaints resolution manager and then the most recent job I had with a company was a product specific and foundation specific trainer. When I was introduced to working as a Virtual Assistant, this is when I knew that this industry was going to be sustainable. I have worked with different employers before coming from all over the globe with industries such as financial, banking, medical and dental, real estate, and telcos to name some.
