? Responsible for knowledge of all advanced aspects of the cardholder transaction
dispute cycle including chargebacks, adjustments, representments, pre-arbitration
and pre-compliance, arbitration and compliance
? Utilize network dispute process to attempt recovery on behalf of visa DPS’s issuing
and acquiring clients, ensuring that disputes are submitted in accordance with
network operation regulations, and that all required evidentiary and technical
conditions and requirements are met
? When disputes are challenged by the opposing party via a representment,
collaborate with senior staff to review the new evidence to assess its validity and
? Resolve the claim or counter-challenge the representment through Visa’s
pre-arbitration, pre-compliance, arbitration, or compliance process.
Achievements:
• Hired as DPS agent on August 2018 and was transferred to DSO by November 2020.
• Initially handled Admin task in DSO and got promoted as a Senor Dispute Support
on July 2021
• Maintaining high score in terms of quality and productivity
• No Write off for FY2022
• Got an outstanding rating on the annual review for FY2022 and FY2023
• Promoted as a Sr. Dispute Associate last February 1, 2024
