16 years work experience in customer service, administrative assistant in the executive level, accounts reporting, staff operations and leave scheduling, logistics and inventory reports. I have a background in using MICROSOFT, CBORD, ORACLE system. Can work with minimal supervision, good communication and listening skills with keen attention to detail. A great team player that handled 300 staff in my previous work. I also have a background in project management when our company opened 3 new building and food service departments. Together with my manager, we handled design planning, equipment and supply search, menu planning, staff hiring and training, until the opening and 3 months operation of the project which was a great success.
