I started my career in customer service and technical support for a telecommunications account, where I learned how to troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns quickly, and communicate clearly with customers—even in high-pressure situations.
After that, I transitioned to working from home as a cold caller. In the healthcare industry, I helped Medicare members by offering plan upgrades and making sure they understood their options. More recently, I’ve been in real estate cold calling, where my role is to connect with property owners, build rapport, and identify those who may be interested in selling their homes.
