Hi I am, Kelvin Morris Abella, A graduate of bachelors of Science in Nursing back in 2008. My skillset includes, technical knowledge in both hardware and software trouble shooting, capable of addressing chat inquiries, inbound and outbound calls. All these from being a Tech Support Rep, and an inbound Customer Service Rep. I also become Workforce Analyst, got exposed in working with MS tools, Excel, Word and Outlook, Created Schedules for the operations team and Real- time Monitoring. I become part of the Business Intelligence team as a Data and ID management analyst, I have handled processing of large numbers of data thru Excel and Reports sent thru email. On the ID management role, I handled ID and Hierarchy maintenance and had the chance to be part of the Aspire program for Supervisors while working as a BI analyst.
As a worker I wanted to be recognized as someone who is reliable, consistent and detail-oriented.
