I am currently working in operations with a bank since June 14, 2021. Prior to that, I was working as a product officer for a small start-up company doing website creation for 9 months. Because of these, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement.
I also became a financial adviser and account manager in an insurance and fintech company for a while. I sometimes create my own email swipes for product promotion. I also did sales and marketing promotions, answering queries, chat support for different products and services for a real estate company.
My expertise is in project management doing administrative tasks and process quality checking. I'm good in performing accurate web research, managing emails, as well as corresponding with vendors and employees of other businesses that I may be required to speak with on behalf of the firm. I am currently managing a team of process specialist with a MENA based client which is my current full-time day job.
