I have a 14 year BPO experience. Most of my early experiences were onsite but right when the pandemic hits, I gradually moved to working from home. My experiences will be from Telecommunications' customer and technical support, Financial background with billing, banking and collections. I also have healthcare sales background. My latest experience will be for e-commerce as a chat support agent and later got promoted as Supervisor.
I have experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am able to handle a team and manage stakeholders expectations under pressure.
