• I have more than 20 years of Information Technology experience from testing, quality assurance, defect management, team management and development.
• On Testing, he has extensive experiences in performing test to Web- Based and Client-Server applications. He has extensive background in all phases of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). He’s knowledgeable and well exposed to functional, system, system integration, regression, performance, compatibility, end-to-end and user acceptance testing. He was ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL), Nov 2014.
• On Team Management, he has proven ability to effectively manage project teams and has been exposed to client facing projects onshore. He has technical versatility and commitment towards project engagement and deadlines. He has extensive knowledge in SDLC and various software methodologies.
• On Quality Assurance, he has sufficient knowledge in Capability Maturity Model (CMMi) practices for improving the quality processes of an organization. He conducted internal audits for both Headstrong and client-managed projects in GENPACT. He was trained and tested in LEAN and Greenbelt Six Sigma DMAIC in 2014.
• On Defect Management, he has remarkable exposure in defect management process. He conducted triage meeting with project members and stakeholders. He supervised the monitoring of defects based on defect aging and severity. He has wide experience in using different defect management tool (HP-QC/ALM/Clarity/JIRA/Bugzilla). Most of these tools were used in the project for issue tracking, task management, report management and time management.
