Hello, I'm super excited to be here allow me to share a few things about me. I am Pearl 34 years old I am a loving wife and mother. In my spare time i like watching movie and reading books. I was A PD trainer at Metrobank where I am working for 10 years now.
I'm fully committed to provide quality work output and have always receive a positive feedback from my manager I am a fast learner
as a pd trainer i have been knowledgeable with most of the processes and procedures of the department since we’re the one’s conducting training the employees especially the new hires. We create our own training modules using powerpoint and canva. We also design one pager announcements using the same tools. we submit daily and monthly attendance report where we use excel and VLOOKUP to create them, we also produce employee incentive memo using MS word . in PD We are in charge of maintaining the employee database file on excel. Most of the knowledge i acquire i learned through experience since I used to do call outs as a collector and customer service specialist where I developed my strong multi tasking and problem solving skills. so over the years I've worked in different roles where the need to collaborate closely with people was the norm.
I am highly organized. I have a to do list at the start of my day to make sure I don't forget my tasks. I have a strong work ethic I can work independently or even in a team
I believe that my skills and experience would be a great contribution to your company and if you hire me I will be the type of worker who go above what is expected of my work. it always a dream to mine to able to work from home.
