I’m a former Fraud Investigator with Capital One Bank Support (BPO) then after a year I was promoted as nesting coach to administer to the newly hired employees in our department. After a while I was again promoted as a Subject Matter Expert which allowed me to become a part of the development program of our company to ensure that the financial account of our customers were not
compromised and I stayed there from 2014 – 2018.
Afterwards I also became the General Manager of Janlyn Dairy Products Trading wherein I’m not only in charge of running the whole company but I’m also very hands on when it comes to book keeping to make it sure that all of the finances including the cash flow of the company was well
managed. Because of this role, I became more keen to details and it allowed the company to survive during the pandemic and this is from 2018 – 2022.
My last job was back in February 2023 up to January 2024 as the Account Manager of Drop Forge Detailing wherein I’m also in charge of the whole company and again includes booking keeping , sales, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing and a lot more since it’s just a small company
and we were running on a tight budget therefore I was so focus running the whole business and submit a report on a weekly basis to my client.
Aside from this, I’m also a Ministry Leader/life coach in our Church that caters to the law enforcement agency of our country which includes but not limited to counseling and the likes. With all of these experience, I learned to work with a team of like-minded people and communicate well with them which contributed to the success of the companies I worked with. Doing my job
with minimal supervision works for me but I appreciate if someone would mentor me. I also believe that my skills and background make me a perfect fit for the position that is available in your company.
