During my previous role as Head IT Officer in the office of Late Mr. Edward S. Hagedorn, I regularly assisted providing admin reports, produce data information with countless projects, I also played a major role in serving the data needs of our office and handling the online and offline system that have almost 100,000+ data’s of voters from aborlan to Puerto Princesa city and maintain all the records, In these roles, I not only wrote intricate software and Machines, but I also interacted regularly with lots of client to help them resolve their concerns. My job was not only IT, I also became a personal secretary where my job was to handle financial records, audit of incoming money and expenses in our office, maintain the database, arrange and maintain the personal and office records, arranging the schedule of meetings & location, go to places to hold gatherings and socialize with different people. Now, as previous Office clerk in Area Central Operations Department of Palawan Electric Cooperative, is a great privilege to be in a department where there are many employees, here I experienced handling many employees in many events and meetings, Assist my supervisors, Manage DTR summary, Closing job orders, Create a schedules, and other clerical works, activities and most especially communicate with consumers regarding on their concerns and solve their problems.
