• Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and
workmanship in the project work;
• Verify materials receiving reports for received materials/equipment on site and match the required specification in the design documents and submittals;
• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate (following all ITP's) and that all attached
documents are current status;
• Conduct inspections in line with construction drawing before handing over for client inspection.
• Review all inspection reports for compliance;
• Prepare non-conformance reports to the Project manager and assist in
developing corrective actions.
• Witnessing of all site inspections within their disciplines;
• Monitor progress of all purchase requisitions.
• Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.
• Involvement for TuvSud yearly ISO Compliance
• Monitor all quality related activities on the project
• Education to subcontractors for implementations of project standard procedures.
• Consistent coordination with Site Engineers for continuous inspections
• Provision and preparing For Testing and Commissioning schedule
• Consistent involvement with System/ Site Engineers during T&C
• Conducting hands on commissioning such as particle count, Air balancing ,pressure room test, sound level test , pressure piping test, etc.
