Right after I graduated, I immediately employed myself in the BPO Industry knowing this will not only improve my communication skills, but also develop the rest of the essential skills I have started improving when I was still in college. After spending my first 3 months as a Tea-----------mber in the said industry, a lot of opportunities came to master my management skills, process improvements, quality management methodologies and anything related to that by going through series of certifications in Six Sigma(from yellow to black belt).
I see self-improvement as a never-ending journey, so I always make a way to learn and expand my skills, always being curious even if I'm not currently doing any projects as of this writing. So far, I'm proud to share to you the things I have accomplished when I was still in the BPO Industry. I have created dashboards that added value to the campaign in managing and maintaining employee efficiency such as performance trackers, heat maps, employee output database, etc. With this, I have used technical tools such as MS Excel/Word, GSheets, Tableau, Python and many more to be more efficient towards my management tasks. Businesses like Customer Service(E-commerce & Telecommunications), Technical Support, Lead Generation, Chat Support and Search Engine Optimization were the type of business I have supported during my days in the BPO Industry.
