I started working on as a Front Office associate which helps me to improve my skills. when it comes to customer service, handling guest queries , providing the best service for hotel and restaurant , as well as booking dates, flight bookings , payments in general , as time goes by I also experience working in a Airline which makes me more confident in handling guest services , ticket bookings , serving guest satisfaction and using airline system . after this experience I also work as a travel and transportation agent which make me more knowledgeable when it comes to tourist and guest services. as time goes by I try also becoming a real state agent selling and listing properties and also managing contracts and papers when it comes to real state transaction. When the pandemic strike I tried to become resourceful I also build my own Airbnb listing and selling food and providing transportation to the people. I have d----------- to move and work abroad in Kuwait as Assistant Cook which makes me more experienced. Because my supervisor lend me some time to teach the flow of restaurant , managing restaurant orders through POS system and also build me as a supervisor which makes me a lot of ideas and knowledge .and I d----------- to go back to the Philippines it was hard to be without my family. Currently I am now a Airbnb host which caters a lots of guest and service to accommodation and ideas on my place That's I d----------- to apply as a virtual assistant which I know I can be an asset to your company if you would give me a chance.
