I am a hard-working and goal-oriented worker who is always enthusiastic to learn new skills and undertake new challenges. Having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management and having worked as a Legal Assistant in the past year, I have developed a solid foundation in legal research, making case briefs, drafting legal
documents, and organizing client records. I have a keen eye for detail when it
comes to reviewing and proofreading contracts and other legal documents. I am also
proficient in managing the firm’s calendars and coordinating meetings, ensuring
smooth operations within the legal team. Additionally, having joined the Philip
C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition as an Oralist to represent
my law school in 2023, I am well-versed in conducting legal research using various
international and American law databases such as Hein Online, Jus Mundi, LexisNexis, and Oxford University Press.
I also worked as an Analyst for Institutional Shareholder Services from-----------where I honed my skills on data analysis and sharpened my attention to detail. I collected and verified data for companies based on current collection methodologies and guidelines and ensured that the company's database for shareholder proposals is up to date and contains accurate data according to acceptable sources. I got promoted from Junior Analyst to Analyst towards the end of 2022 and became eligible to be a market owner. As a market owner, I maintained Excel trackers and automated the data collection process using Excel, updated operation manuals and training materials, trained new hires, attended to internal and client queries and
requests, and performed root-cause analysis when data issues were identified.
