I worked as a customer service representative for 3 years and 2 months now (WFH) under an account that offers an anti-virus for computers and other devices.
I have a great organizational skills and ability to multitask. I can interact and assist with the customers and I have a speed typing skills of 45 words per minute. I have a very keen attention to details and I have knowledge of using MS office. I am always willing to learn and I can work under minimal supervision.
Some of our responsibilities from my work experience are answering customers’ queries such as informing them about their account and resolving their concerns through email and chat. We also help them with their technical problems through remote support using the right tools needed. Moreover, we escalate concerns to clients if necessary .
